TELEVISION NEWS MEDIA HAS LOST ITS PURPOSE.

I am a careless writer, the blocks are quite visible because they come too often, though the thought process is quite active, everyday is a tussle of thoughts which are positive, negative, revengeful, aggressive, creative, destructive, high and low  .The laziness and the environment around are enough to put me off. I am a dreamer who thinks too much and can communicate too less, but when something disturbs the serenity of my personal space, I come back to writing ,that makes me not a dedicated writer but an opportunist ,who takes to it only when it comforts me, not a good picture of me but that’s the truth… While I was preparing my favorite dish in the kitchen, the TV announced the death of another era of Cinema-Superstar Rajesh Khanna. I felt sad as we lost a legend, but then, in a fraction of second, what happened was the conversion of television into the name that was rightly given to it years ago-‘Idiot box’. Whichever channel I clicked for news or even a show that could have

CHOICES.

When you   are a kid there are as many dreams in your eyes as are stars in the sky, and as growing up happens, each stage presents new dreams ,new adventures but once you plan to settle down, especially in an Indian set up   choices constrict and dreams vanish and all you are left with is pleasing your family; and playing that socially right kind of role… and if you deny it and start living life on own terms …suddenly your image becomes black and tarnished, you change and so people around criticize you in tons and poke noses at u and point fingers…   this is the one. Well do I sound pessimistic, hmmm… it can be a point of view but that’s what I have observed , it’s not about you being negative or positive it’s just an observation which can’t be totally neutral. Thus, come choices, while you are   a kid choices are about food ,studies, roaming out with friends, they confuse you at that time but when you grow up they really define your life…like after 12 th if you plan for a Btech and t

QUESTIONS...

Since the time we are born,we are meant to survive and be optimistic else its impossible to stay…as says Charles Darwin ,’survival for the fittest’.Thus begins our journey to live to fight and not to ask questions to that Almighty. Throughout   this journey called life ,when we move through different stages, its always about survival, feeding, desires, expectations and frustations emerging out of that, happiness becomes relative… And questions you should not ask… People say you should be an honest, hardworking and   god fearing man…first two adjectives are alright but the third one …is god so shallow that in his kingdom we have to be fearful citizens… THERE is this movie –BRUCE ALMIGHTY…very very impressive and inspiring, even so many books and spiritual teachers to explain the bigger things in life and forget about the smaller personal issues…but till the self is not satisfied and resolved how to look with kindness towards others . So many questions and only one answer –look within…but a

THANK U MRS CHAUHAN…

When I sit back and think what was it that made me love one subject among all others at school and the love still continues… Mrs Renu Chauhan. This is the first name that comes to my mind. She was so good at her subject, lovely person and an excellent teacher.Where ever she is ,must be igniting young minds.God bless her. When I joined MHAC Nagbani,I had a big fear of communicating in english language, cramming was the only option out in examination. It was my first day in seventh standard, her class started … was like a motion picture, with all expressions and punctuations in place effortlessly .The dog was whimpering…and I could see how…wow what a preacher. She just taught me for six months and those six months changed my perception of the language.Reading,Writing and learning the language was no more an ordeal but an evolution. She made me realize language gives you the medium to communicate and the more you grab it the more it   grabs you and thus changes your life and of others whom you

THE PIGEON NEST.

My flat has a beautiful balcony attached to it which makes mornings and evenings a sight which touches souls, standing there barefoot looking onto the green patch foreword makes me feel so pure and peaceful. Enjoying my morning tea and newspaper, I could hear the birds chirping, and once in a while when my eyes would look up- pigeons sitting on the wall, in groups, would be a normal sight. But today was different, along with the peace and beauty my nose was irritated with a foul smell. As is human nature, being my inquisitive self, I started searching for the target, the area which was emanating this foul smell. I searched and searched my small cozy balcony but except the flowerpots and some unused things there was nothing. Then I noticed something, three pigeons were still sitting there on the wall not feeling afraid in my proximity. The balcony is covered by a shed, below the shed is a small space to keep things, I never gave this place a thought ,but today, it caught my sight,   got
